Research Associate position to work on developing next generation plasma-based accelerators in the John Adams Institute for Accelerator Science. The position will support the development of a high-rep rate compact accelerator using the HR sub-10fs laser on ELI-ALPS as well as other laser and accelerator developments.

Postdoctoral Research Associate in Plasma Source Development for AWAKE
Research Associate position to work on developing next generation plasma-based accelerators in the John Adams Institute for Accelerator Science. The position will be to develop and diagnose plasma sources for the AWAKE experiment at CERN. AWAKE is a proton driven wakefield acceleration experiment that is investigating the use of plasma accelerators for next generation particle colliders.
